1st time user any-find hijack/win min error at shut down

I am sure this has been seen a lot, but it would be great if someone could walk me through getting rid of the problem

Before you start please unzip hijackthis.exe to a folder of it´s own. The program creates backups in the folder it is in. In a Temp folder they easily disappear.

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

Use the Fix button and follow the instructions provided by the program.

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:

when hijackthis get to winlgn.exe it says that the file is in use....what should I do to make it work.....i went to the task manager but i wasn't sure how to stop it from being used

Check the following items in HijackThis.
Close all windows except HijackThis and click Fix checked:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://any-find.com/sp.htm
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://any-find.com/index.htm

R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://any-find.com/sp.htm
R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://any-find.com/index.htm

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [P2P Networking] C:\WINDOWS\System32\P2P Networking\P2P Networking.exe /AUTOSTART

O4 - Global Startup: winlgn.exe

Download and run CWShredder
Use the Fix button and follow the instructions provided by the program.

Then reboot into safe mode and delete:
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\winlgn.exe
