    Doubt Google will remove 18k apps, especially when it comes to bigger ones like Subway Surfers. I was so good at this game back when I played it...

    Altho I think this only applies when you login with a google account in those apps and explicitly allow them access to that, I'm not very up to date with mobile stuff, but I don't remember seeing that "ads settings" screen which is shown, anywhere on my phone

    This confirms that running an Android device without, e.g., Blokada or AdGuard Pro is a no-go.

    Unfortunarely, even on iOS more and more apps contact trackers/analytics sites like app-measurement and the likes. It's an epidemic.
