OK. I think Matthias has downloaded the trial version and now has the full version and is having a problem with the licence number.

You have to uninstall the trial version, and then install the full version.

Yes, I'm afraid you will have to do the scheduling again.
I do not schedule, but as far as I know the schedules will be lost.

Maybe someone who does scheduling will tell if it is possible to copy the scheduling files and include them in the new installation.

I may not be completely up to speed for this thread but FWIW a simple uninstall and reinstall leaves archives and schedules intact unless they are specifically deleted.

    Thanks for the correction Xpilot,

I seemed to remember that some users were reluctant to uninstall the previous build before installing the new one (when advised that it was safer to do so) for the very reason that it would make them redo the schedules.

    Or was it something else?

    Hello Maxroh.de,

Thank you for choosing Acronis Server Disk Backup Software.

We are sorry for the delayed response.

Please note that the trial version of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows cannot be "unlocked" with the serial number. As bodgy said it is better to uninstall the trial version and install the full version of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows. The latest build (3832) of the German version of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows can be downloaded from the "Product Update" section of your account on Acronis web site. To get access to updates you should first register your software.

Please also note that the scheduled tasks created with the trial version will not be deleted and you will be able to use these tasks after you install the full version of Acronis True Image 9.1 Server for Windows.

    Thank you.
