12-24hrs before able to download? thats not right

    So if you renew license after the previous one expired it will take 12-24hrs after the payment, before you can download the software and update virus definitions.....wish i knew that before paying, i would have gone with a different av program. 12-24hrs after the payment, thats just bad.

    true, a tad long, but at the same time did you wait for the last day to renew?

    I renewed after the previous license expired, like 3 weeks after.
    My post was meant as a feedback basically, i think they should try and remove the waiting time.
    Im sure they have their reasons for it, but from a customer point of view its not very good to wait up to 24hrs without an AV.

    If a license is renewed shortly before its expiration, the user should be given a new username and password which is fully functional as of the time of purchase.
