    You registered with an email address and name. Go here and create a user account using your same name and email address. You can then log in with your password and email address. Under "My Account", click "Registered Products". You should see a product key and serial number. If nothing is there, I believe you can email support from that page with your question.

    Tried without success. It says:
    Error: Customer with login XXXXXXX at yahoo dot com already exists...
    Looks like the account already is created, but i not have the password... and not received any email....

    Is there a possibility that the email from Paragon might have gone into your Spam folder at Yahoo? If not go here and file a support request.
