1/29/2010 Still experiencing update errors

Server version 2.0.110
Server signature version 4818
Client specs:
Virus signature database: 4814 (2010012
Update module: 1031 (20091029)
Antivirus and antispyware scanner module: 1260 (2010012
Advanced heuristics module: 1100 (20100126)
Archive support module: 1107 (20100105)
Cleaner module: 1048 (20091123)
Anti-Stealth support module: 1012 (20090526)

updates went fine until about the same time as everybody else's started acting up: sometime around 4812/4813, everyone downloaded 4814 okay, but nothing since. I have tried clearing cache and restarting on clients, but that is not working. Is anyone else still experiencing update issues? Does anyone have any suggestions?

 

Do you mean that you're unable to perform update on the computer which creates an update mirror for other computer or only the computers in LAN cannot update from the mirror?

 

You have to recreate your mirror. ( Delete all update files in your mirror folder ) Then click update now in your ERA console.

 

Ah, no. I did not do that.
I will report back my results after clearing the mirror folder and re-downloading updates on the server.
