    Acronis®*True*Image*Home® version 11.0 (build*8,101)

Windows XP Home Edition at the latest and greatest service level as of this morning.

Ever since April 20th I get an error message during my daily incremental backups. The message
My incremental backup is a selective backing up only my files not the whole system.I get that message for every node I have selected in the source tree.
The backup appears to work and it says operation completed successfully.

It started failing on April 20th and has been consistent every day since. ON that date I attempted to start a new version of the procedure but selected a erroneous file as output. I corrected the eror and reran the backup and ver since I now get this message.
As an example I wish to backup the following tree structure

    C:\My Documents and settings\Grace\Local settings\Application Data.

The message is displayed for each of the below listed paths.
    C:\
    C:\My Documents and settings\
    C:\My Documents and settings\Grace\
    C:\My Documents and settings\Grace\Local settings\
    C:\My Documents and settings\Grace\Local settings\Application Data.

There is a faq listing a possible fix for a "hidden partitions" problem (Which I do not have) with my symptom but the link to click on is a .msi file and it does not down load but rather displays its source on my video.

    Can anyone enlighten me on
    1. What my problem is and
    2. How do I download that file to test the fix?

    Thanks in advance

    Regards,
    John
