Doc Scrubber download yields 404

Going here:

http://www.docscrubber.com/download.html

and clicking on the "Doc Scrubber Setup" link (http://www.javacoolsoftware.info/downloads/docscrubbersetup.exe)

gives a 404 (not found) error.

Arg. Me wantie Doc Scrubber (and thanks for the good work creating and supporting it).
