Spybot Terminates with Error?

When running a scan with the latest version of Spybot, I get the following
messages about 80% through the scan and Spybot terminates:

Error During Check!
Xabot (Ungultiger Datentyp fur")

Congratulations!
No immediate treats were detected.

I'm wondering whether Spybot has completed properly with the error message
it displays. And whether the "no immediate treats were detected" is the
true condition.

I went to Spybot's home page and sent a message regarding this error last
week, but have not received a reply, so thought I would post it here as
well.

I uninstalled and reinstalled Spybot, but still get the same error.

Any thoughts appreciated.

Without giving my comments....I suggest you check the below threads at Spybot's site. In those threads are official comments concerning this error, with official recommendations and un-official unsupported beta fix suggestion....until the actual program can be fixed.

I reinstalled Spybot v1.3, and then installed the beta v1.3.1tx and the program is now working. Thanks for the tip.
