    Hi Henry S.

    Welcome to Wilders.

    I did not find very much on those two files in a google search, but they may be related to a newer version of Kazaa (lite?).

    The few instances I was able to find with goggle, had the 'kazaupernodes.exe' file listed in the Programs Files -> Kazaa Lite folder:
    C:\Program Files\Kazaa Lite K++\Kazupernodes\KaZuperNodes.exe
    or c:\Program Files\Kazaa Lite\Kazupernodes\KaZuperNodes.exe

    You can navigate to the files and right-click them, choose "Properties" and check under the tabs to see what information is listed there that would help identify them.

    You can also check in the Add/Remove Programs panel to see if there is a listing for Kazaa. If you know there was no one else that has access to your computer and had tried to install Kazaa, then I would first upload them individually for a scan at Kaspersky.

    If you haven't already done so, download, install and bring up to-date, and do a full scan with one of the following two spyware removal programs. (Both are recommended since one may catch what the other may miss given they are updated at different times)

    Ad-Aware Version SE build 1.03
    Spybot Search&Destroy v1.3

    You can find a tutorial on how to setup and scan with Spybot S&D and AdAware here: Scanning with Spybot and Ad-Aware

    Then do a full system scan with your antivirus program, or one of these on-line scan sites: Free Services

    Let us know how you do.

    Regards,

    snap
