How come we have a new component DMON? Doesn't AMON monitor MS documents already?

It does, however, DMON is an additional level of protection utilizing MS Antivirus API and comes handy especially in case someone needs to keep AMON disabled.

DMON works only with applications that support MS Antivirus API. I don't think OpenOffice supports it, however, you still have AMON which will check your files upon opening.

So in theory you don't need Dmon when you have Amon on 100% of times?
