Remote admin console

    Hi

    I have been running a succesfull installation of NOD v2.0 for a few months now, but today I got the following message:

    NOD32 Remote Administration Console
    Error:Connection Failed
    Server:Server
    Port:2223

    The server is connected and I have reinstalled the local Remote Admin Console on my PC. It does not seem to find the Remote admin on the server.

    Does anyone know the name of the service on the server that I should be looking for? or can anyone advise me how to resolve this issue?

    Have you installed the latest version of the Remote Administration Server and Console?

    Both should be 1.0.4.

    I suggest you send the log nod32ra.log located in the program files\eset\ra\server directory to support@nod32.com
