Already updated from the Mozilla site. Cyberfox has not released the update yet. :thumb:

  4. *sigh* another update? This is why I lost confidence in Firefox.

If they are too much one can install Firefox ESR and receive only security as opposed to new feature and security updates.

I regularly see this comment and it makes me wonder, are you on mobile broadband with small limits of data usage?

Exactly. All browsers were losers, Firefox was just the first one to get an update. So for those complaining about getting an update, feel free to go use the browsers that haven't released a fix yet. :D

You could get the same effect by disabling updates in Firefox. No thanks, I'll take the updates. Having to deal with updates may get annoying, but I would rather have them than a lack of fixes.

I don't think that these updates are that serious. I could be wrong.

IE 10 was (VUPEN Security) PWNED - there will be patches released on Patch Tuesday. Out-of-band remain to be seen.

I expect they should act pretty quickly. And I also see Chrome has already released fixes as well. It's good to see the vendors respond to these issues instead of ignored them.

Any update that fixes severe vulnerabilities can be regarded as serious IMO.

mine just made it through Update Manager.

i don't see what's the beef with updates.
IE gets usually updated on Patch Tuesday every month. sometimes 'out-of-band'.
Opera is about the same, 1 update a month.

and Chrome gets updated every 5 minutes it seems! ;)

i'd be a lot more concerned if there were NO updates. lol
