Esset SSL scanning blocking Firefox /Addons updates,

This issue keeps on persisting on/off it will block ad dons in Firefox updating and sometimes even Firefox update too, if Firefox is listed as a browser, and you want to take advantage of the ssl scanning feature included in esset smart security 4 & 5 when are esset going to fix this ongoing issue? btw the only way i can reliably check for updates is by excluding ff from ssl protocol scanning

 

It's described here. The problem is primarily on Mozilla's part as they are probably the only maker of browsers and email clients who doesn't accept self-signed root certificates. I think we will be able to adjust the root certificate so that Mozilla accepts it in the next v5 build but can't guarantee it at this point as it's yet to be tested.
