    If one could effective fake being a law enforcement agency and send a few requests, the compare that to what they release to an individual, it would show just what they are withholding. I'd bet that there's a bigger agency closer to home that's telling them not to comply.

    Yes most likely the CIA/FBI who gets all the info from them!
