Snapshot storage location is not available

    I have purchased and installed Paragon Backup & Recovery 10.0 Suite on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I also purchased a Seagate USB 2.0 3 TB external drive for a backup device. The Paragon System Backup tool is unable to find the new USB external device for snapshot storage. I have ran the wizard multiple times without any luck. I have manually ran a backup placing the files on the new external drive without problems but still get the red shield becasue System backup thinks "No snapshot storage location has been specified". Can someone help me with this problem?

    Is the drive partitioned at all or just one big 3tb? Only guessing, in case the tool can detect smaller partitions

    the Seagate USB GoFlex Desk drive is one big 3TB drive partition, it came that way from Seagate...
