Blackspear's setting work with NOD32 v4?

    I am using blackviper's custom service tweaked config for my windows 7 home premium 64-bit, but I also want to know if blackspear's settings "*.xml import file" for nod32 v3 work in v4 of nod32. Is there any conflicts since it was created for an older version? How safe are the default settings vs blackspear's?
