    Hi
    I ran a 'check file system integrity' with Paragon Hard disk Manager 2010 and listed loads of (minor error "latime" in index ....)

    Since Paragon Hard disk Manager 2010 only recognized the errors and never offered to fix them, because it seems it can't, I ran CHKDSK with /f to try to find and fix these errors in file system of all partitions, however it did not do anything.

    I still got the same errors when I checked the HD again with Paragon Hard disk Manager 2010.

    -Any help would be appreciated!

    paragon said they are minor errors

    i suggested it take 3 hours instead of 15 mins to check the disk

    they said there is no way of turning it off

    I might go back to 2009 (not time travel :) the 2009 version)

    In 2010 version of Paragon products, minor errors are shown by default. These errors could be ignored, they just indicate mismatches in NTFS LOGs.
    In 2009 version, minor errors are not shown for users by default, but they exist.

    Hi thanks for the clarity

    i changed back to 2009 because of the extreme time taken doing the checks in 2010 2011. it took hours rather than minutes

    They say they are working on a fix

    Anyone got updates on how to fix these errors ?

    i tried cloning my 640GB samsung sata to a empty 640GB samsung sata and it previously worked but after i used Paragon hard disk manager 2010 to resize 2 partitions, clone drive don't work as i got chkdsk incorrect directory structure error.

    chkdsk /f in win7 reports okay for all partitions but using paragon hard disk manager 2010 check file integrity get these minor error latime erros i guess it's what's preventing me from cloning my clones.

    anyway to fix this ?

    All Minor errors in Check File System integrity could be ignored, because they are not critical for data. They show only mismatches in NTFS LOG files.

    Some of this errors could be fixed via 'CHKDSK [drive letter]: /f', but not all of them, especially if you have Windows 7/Vista.

    Such errors will appear even after fresh Windows Installation (fresh file system).

    Do not pay much attention to minor erros.

    As I said before,

    Minor errors doesn't prevent copy/backup.

    What error appears when you try to copy HDD?

    Please run CHKDSK [drive letter]: /f from Windows Command prompt to find and fix file system erros.
    Then check if copy works.

    "incorrect directory structure error please run chkdsk"

    ran CHKDSK on every partition on my drive no errors reported but cloning hdd doesn't work anymore.

    Did you use CHKDSK with /f parameter?

    Error about cross-linked files is not the same as 'minor latime' erros.

    What Windows version do you use?
    If you have Win7/WinVista, please try to shrink problem partition by ~10MB:
    * Right-click on 'My computer' and choose 'Manage';
    * Select 'Disk Management' in 'Storage';
    * Right-click your C:/ partition and select 'Shrink Volume'
    * Shrink it by ~10MB and apply changes.
