Image viewing problems

This has only started occurring in the last day or two.

Various problems for myself and others with, now you see them now you don't. Three threads i've posted on that i know for sure it happens.

Re - both Firehole threads.

I'm posting these examples via external www to make sure you see it as i/we do. I copy/pasted in here all the links i got for each screenie i uploaded, to test i could view in at least one way. When i hit Preview Post i do NOT see any actual screenies, just the links ? So instead of using one link for each screenie as intended, i've left them all in so you can hopefully determine the problems we are having.
