Look N Stop does not seem to be compatible with Punkbuster. Punkbuster changes it's signatures every 5 minute or so and Look N Stop therefore prevent Punkbuster from accessing the net, meaning I get thrown out of the games I play every minute or so. Is this to be fixed in the coming version of Look N Stop? Is there any way to exclude Look N Stop from constantly denying the vital processes of Punkbuster? I've bought games for several thousands of euro, an the most popular among them are now unplayable. I'd hate to stop using Look N Stop on the other hand...

Great... And I just bought LoonNStop to find out it's not even working for most of the online games... that's just terrific.

Punkbuster doesnt change every 5 minutes. It streams a hash every 5 minutes. If you allow PNKBSTRA.exe and PNKBSTRB.exe in the application filtering you should be fine.

If you are on Windows x64 they will be installed in the C:\Windows\Syswow64\ if your on Windows x86 they will be installed in the C:\Windows\System32

Im on x64 Win 7 Pro with LnS and have done the following above and it works fine for COD4 and BF2.

If you go to Evenbalance and get the pbupdate.exe and manually update Punkbuster that may help to. LnS may be detecting the update attempts and be blocking those causing the PB errors. If they are updated fully then their hash wont change.

Thank you very much whitedragon. That solved my issue. Not a breakdown for 20 minutes now.

Was it a combination of all of it or did you just use a few of the tips?

I updated Punkbuster manually and it worked wonders. Great job there.

Good deal. I think LnS should have a default list of allowed apps regardless of internet filtering rules. This could eliminate the PB issue.

Agreed. And more custom rules for a large variety of games available for download. :)
