TDS-4 - read here first!

There have been a lot of questions about TDS-4 lately so here is a brief update!

With the completion of advanced technologies developed for our Port Explorer and Process Guard software we're now basically 100% full-steam ahead working on putting everything together into TDS-4, which will be very different to TDS-3 as you currently know it. We're working hard on making TDS-4 as easy to use as possible whilst still empowering the user in the ways that TDS3 became famous for, and now also arming the user with many new sophisticated capabilities - many of them transparent.

While some of these new technologies will be only available to Windows 2000 and XP users (due to advances in the operating system that TDS is able to utilise), TDS-4 will still run on all Windows operating systems from (and including) Windows 95, and later. In addition to full Windows support, TDS-4 will also be supporting multiple languages (English, French, Dutch, etc).

For various reasons that's all we can say for now. I know there are a lot of you curious about various things about TDS-4 but please understand that our time is limited and best spent on development rather than answering questions about an unreleased program, so your questions are best saved for after TDS-4 is released, as we'll have much more time to answer your questions then and you'll actually have the program to work with then also!

TDS-4 is our biggest ever undertaking and some of the technologies in it have taken many years of research and development - this is no simple scanner, folks. Consequently we haven't been able to release it as soon as many of you would've liked, but we thank you for your understanding, and look forward to pleasantly surprising you in the near future when we release the first TDS-4 program, which registered TDS-3 users will be able to upgrade to for free!
