    Hello!

I used to be a customer, had a login and everything - you know - I could contact support etc - ask them how they were doing - ask them why my AV client was in charge of my machine, of my life etc.

Now I can't even send a mail to Eset. That's wierd.

Anyway - ever since then - there's been some ESET references in my registry which I haven't really bothered with - But I'm ready to have them removed, please.

    What do I do?

    Thank You!

    Hello,

I am not aware of any database issues that would prevent you from accessing the customer portions of ESET's web site.

If there is a particular resource you can no longer access, please call ESET's office at +1 (866) 343-3738 weekdays between 6:00AM-6:00PM [GMT-8] and they should be able to assist you in recovering your password.

If you are in another country, contact the appropriate distributor for that region for further assistance.

    Regards,

    Aryeh Goretsky
