No new username & password after renewal

    Renewal purchased, but i haven't received a new username and password

    A renewal should just renew your username/password as well.

    Did you make the purchase via eset.com? If not, you should contact your local distributor / reseller. However, it's likely that your username and password will remain same and the license will be prolonged.

    One thing that hasn't been pointed out so far is that after renewal it can take 24-48 hours for NOD32 to reflect that the renewal has taken effect.
