I've had issues with clients running 4.0.x (4.0.424 currently) accessing certain websites. One in particular is the Dell Premier page, premier.dell.com and premierecom.dell.com .

The sites work at first, but when you start shopping, etc - they fail to load. There is no infection reported by NOD32 or anything in the logs.

According to Dell, this is a known issue with NOD32, and they have reported it to ESET?

Dell told us that other sites have had problems as well, such as hotmail.com

Anyone else experienced this? I just put in a support case w/ ESET.

I can confirm the problem with the Dell Premier Page. When using Firefox it shows "Bad Request (Invalid Verb)". With Internet Explorer 8.0 (German) it shows "HTTP 400 Ungültige Anforderung Die Webseite wurde nicht gefunden".

When I disable the "web access protection" it works. I'm using NOD32 4.0.424.0
