    I haven't renewed this, as one can see, but I really don't need to:

    I don't get infected, so removal of malware is redundant in my circumstance.

    I'm not sure I understand what your message is, are you saying that the updater does not progress behind this point?

    His screenshot shows "Buy Now", so I'm guessing he hasn't renewed his subscription.

    That shouldn't stop the updater from migrating to the latest version though.

    No, you misunderstood. The last time that I renewed, it was for a two year subscription, but it has since lapsed.

    It has updated fine.

    I [just] found when I got these two subscriptions from my e-mail account, but for unknown reasons never did use.

    Maybe, because I was loyal to Surfright, and something was lost after it became a product of Sophos.

    I just bought the wrong version, can you help me with this? Should I return it or what can I do.


    I ordered 3 years 3 pc hitman.I had to buy hitman pro alert.Can you check if I write the information from private?

    Purchase the correct license also and send both Cleverbridge reference ID's so they can refund the wrong order.
