Ok. many people sent PM, please test ABC product.
    Thank you for honor :)

Tonigth, i will test micropoint behavior blocker.
2nd test is a special test for JacquesPVX.
    Thank you JacquesPVX for interest.

i will test new Prevx EDGE on same machine.
it looks like good, and its price is lower than many soft.

    Prevx Say;
"Removes ALL malware infections (Trojans, Rootkits, Worms, Info Stealers, etc)"

    is it true or false

We will see tonigth, realtime test :)

And if it pass the test,
i will make special rootkit test.

to Admin; can you change subject
"CIS Froozen highly infected machine " to "Infected machine Vs. Antiviruses"

ok. ok. i dont like norton antivirus 2009, but i will test for you. please wait 10 hours.

i did all test with same infected machine.
i can upload test machine to rapidshare for av vendors research (not for others). Only say me.

Good stuff guest. And personally, nothing wrong with the pics. Shows the bombardment of 'crap' that users see after becoming infected.

Kind of like watching a circus! ;)

And incase the moderators missed it, as per the original poster's request, any chance of the thread title changing to:
    "Infected machine Vs. Antiviruses"

ps - wonder how the small program 'twister' would go? Contains a behaviour blocker as well. Might sink like everything else! :D

I have already tested Twister-AntiTrojenVirus, With some of Guest Malware samples and it did quite well, Especially the FDDS that things awsome, But i would like to see a test with the same malware that the others in this Testing were against since Maymoon's doing so well and the malware i used are not exactly the same.

Also, keep doing the screen shots, they are a useful reference ^_^

    Hi guest,
please test Kasprsky again, i think it was not properly installed.
Sometimes, after install, KIS/KAV is shown as installed but it is not.
(no "avp" procesec in task manager)

    Thanks.

it is normal. because i posted them Twister already.
They have got my virus collections. (not at all)

i tested many times again. It has a good dedection and remove. But it cant remove many files (same as Av Xp 2008 variant process). it didnt upgrade since 01*01*2008. i think , we dont need new test.
and, twister cant scan on safe mode

But it is a good soft, online scan and hips are very good.

yeah. same problem=no "avp" procesec in task manager

i can try but you know ,time is limited.
Too much Av software, 1 tester. This is difficult job.
You can look http://remove-malware.com/reviews/, for the other referance.
But my test is different then him.
i am using many trojan, video codec malware too.

i sad, iam not professional tester, av programmer.
    this is small, good experimentation

i tested many software in 2 days

    1. Comodo Internet Security (--)
    2. AVG (--)
    3. Avast (-+)
    4. Eset (-+)
    5. Kaspersky (00)
    6. AVZ (--)
    7. A2 (-+)
    8. Drive Sentry (-+)

    i will test many software;

    9. Micropoint
    10.Prevx EDGE
    11. Norton

but i have no more time for next 10 days, because i will go holiday.
    i am sory.

i will test again them with new samples 10 days laters.
it will be better than this.

please send me any new malware for the new test series. (send PM)

It's possible that some malware deliberatly created to terminate KAV was installed. (GUI gets killed off, system process should be active) It could happen to any other vendor (if malware was created to terminate it specifically), and that is why it is sometimes fruitless to attemp cleaning in normal mode; reinstalling or using a bottable AV disk is prefered. :)

I get more from this than reading the results of the 'tests' that keep popping up.

Exactly my thoughts asking any security program to install its drivers.modules and the like cleanly and have it clean, quarantine or delete hundreds or thousands of malware/trojans and the like IMO is a over whelming task for any security application to handle.perhaps something like DRweb cureit can handle this better being it does not require a installation or to be updated on installation as others do.That said in this case at least guest testing can tell which ones have a better success rate of getting on board so to speak and clean the investations to the best of there ability.
