Is NOD32 Smart Security able to block Tracking Cookies ?

    Is NOD32 Smart Security able to block Tracking Cookies ?

    ESET NOD32 Antivirus is not marked cookies as threats, just because they are harmless text files.

    Question...
    Doesn't Sandboxie do the same thing but in
    a different way than mvps?
    Or why would I need Sandboxie and MVPS?
