    Quick reply from Microsoft!:D

~Private communication removed. According to Microsoft, the FP has been corrected and the update to the definitions will include the fix. - Ron~

    Hi all

I have just manually updated "Windows Defender"), with definition version 1.35.628.0.
I no longer get any alerts from Windows defender.

    Cheers

We're in the process of updating our products' definitions to correct this issue. You should be able to pull new Forefront and Windows Defender definitions that no longer detect SpywareBlaster either via Windows Update / Microsoft Update or direct from our security portal at http://www.microsoft.com/av
