    Without the use of a 3rd party proxy server that's completely impossible.

    It's like sending a letter to someone you don't know, in that letter you ask that person to send you a reply back, but you didn't enclose your own postal adress. Since you didn't mention you own adress, that person can't reply because he doesn't know where to send the reply to.

    The internet works the same way.

    There are programs called Proxy switch (i think) and some other ones which offer free and paid services.

    How effective they are? Not sure, as I haven't trialed them, though it seems what you seem to be in search of.

    I have it. It was simple easy to install. Interestingly, it seems to find Tor servers in the US oftem whereas the Vidalia bundle seems to always be in Germany.
