A False Positive?

I have deleted this worm downloader but it's odd because of the location. I have not downloaded any attachments or visited any sketch sites e.g. porn, gambling. I use Firefox with Cookie Safe along with Customized Google. I am trying to use less security software but maybe I need an anti-spyware program that runs resident.

 

I have the same warning. It's almost certainly a false alarm.
