Conflict: Nod32 & Aventail Connect 4.12

I'm using Aventail Connect 4.12 (AC) to connect Internet throw the HTTP-PROXY.
When I'm trying trial NOD32: IExplorer, TheBat have no problem. IMON works OK.
But when I start Opera it's crashed whith message: Faulting application opera.exe, version 8.0.7561.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.
I'v got the same error with svchost at the begining of download update from SUS server.
There is no problem with only AC or only NOD32 installed.
I think there is some conflict between imon.dll and aslsp.dll and its winsocks protocols.
How can I solve the problem?

"netsh winsock reset" or "WinsockxpFix" true clean the winsock, but unfortunately did not solve the problem.

Ok, I clean winsock.
1.After installation Aventail I'v got addition the following elements
(I see them using "netsh winsock show catalog"):

- AutoSocks Name Space Provider Spoof-o-matic
- AutoSocks LSP Dummy Entry
- Aventail AutoSocks LSP Over MSAFD Tcpip [TCP/IP]
- Aventail AutoSocks LSP Over MSAFD Tcpip [UDP/IP]

At that moment all works fine.

2.After installation of Nod32 I'v got addition the following elements:

- NOD32
- NOD32 protected [RSVP TCP Service Provider]
- NOD32 protected [RSVP UDP Service Provider]
- NOD32 protected [MSAFD Tcpip [RAW/IP]]
- NOD32 protected [MSAFD Tcpip [UDP/IP]]
- NOD32 protected [MSAFD Tcpip [TCP/IP]]
- NOD32 protected [Aventail AutoSocks LSP Over MSAFD Tcpip [UDP/IP]]
- NOD32 protected [Aventail AutoSocks LSP Over MSAFD Tcpip [TCP/IP]]

Now Opera does not work.

If I install NOD32 first and then Aventail, I'v got the same, because NOD32 discover that network configuration was changed and immediately update the composition of its protocols.
