Isn't it possible that version 1.002 is just a special version that is only for the trial with no changes in it's function except that it was compiled after 1.001?

Version 1.002 is part of installers in error, it has not been released officially yet. Anyway, the packer worm filter just serves for filtering certain malicious packets produced by some old worms, such as CodeRed. You are equally protected with both versions.

 

It means it doas no matter what version of internet filter I have?

There have been no improvements made to the Internet filter module since NOD32 v2 was released more than 3 years ago, simply because there was nothing to improve.

V. 1.002 doesn't contain anything that would protect you better, it probably fixes only some minor issue. As the devopers said, it protects the same way as v. 1.001

I would like to ask a question to either Marcos or kjempen, i would like to have an advice from u guys ...it's about that i found on the torrents demonoid the two versions of nod32 v2.51.30 ... i did installed the .30 and i upgraded it but after that then i found the .26 do u advise guys to uninstall the upgraded .30 and and install .26 the commercial, or that's ok ?? plz give me ur opinion .. thanx in advance

 

Please only install the proper versions of NOD32 downloaded from ESET. There are no supported versions of NOD32 distributed via torrent at all (unless at some time in the future ESET decide to make use of it)
The correct version to install is the current NOD32 v2.7 for your operating system from http://www.eset.com/download/registered_software.php
