Does anyone know if you actually have to go into Internet Explorer and click the "Protect against checked items" button inorder for Spywere Blaster to work?

Also, I put a shortcut in my startup so that SpywareBlaster automatically runs when I log on. Does anyone know if there is a problem with doing this or is it unnecessary?

    Hey Dave,

It is not necessary to place SpywareBlaster in a start-up folder. Once you have made the selections you desire....it writes those settings\selections to the registry in the appropriate key and you can then exit the program.
