You have the trojan Trojan.Mitglieder.C. You can read about it here: http://securityresponse.symantec.com/avcenter/venc/data/trojan.mitglieder.c.html

You also have a coolwebsearch trojan.

Make sure you can view hidden and system files: Instructions here.

Then Download cwshredder here. Close all browser windows and click on the fix/next button.

Boot to safe mode: Instructions here.

Then Close all windows and have hijackthis fix the following that remain:

    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Bar = http://your-searcher.com/sp.htm
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Search Page = http://your-searcher.com/index.htm
    R0 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page = http://your-searcher.com/index.htm
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Search,SearchAssistant = http://your-searcher.com/sp.htm
    R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL,(Default) = http://your-searcher.com/index.htm

    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {065F4FC3-13BA-9556-F2FF-1BEC3E6840A1} - (no file)
    O2 - BHO: ie - {2FF5573C-0EB5-43db-A1B2-C4326813468E} - c:\windows\iehr.dll
    O2 - BHO: (no name) - {549B5CA7-4A86-11D7-A4DF-000874180BB3} - (no file)

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [ssgrate.exe] C:\WINDOWS\System32\system.exe
    O4 - Global Startup: winlgn.exe

Then while in safe mode delete the following:

    c:\windows\iehr.dll <-File
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\system.exe <-File

Click Start, and then click Run. (The Run dialog box appears.)

    Re: your-searcher.com

My computer was working fine, but now the virus has come back or another one. The homepage is about:blank. I redid the directions again, but it's back again. Am I doing something wrong or is this a new virus and why doesn't norton or mcafee detect this virus. Any help is greatly apreciated.

    Re: your-searcher.com

There is a hidden installer that we need to identify and remove. Follow the instructions below:

Step 1. Download the file from
    http://downloads.subratam.org/dllfix.exe
    or
    http://tools.zerosrealm.com/dllfix.exe
and save it in a place you like.

    Step 2.
Double-Click or Open the self-extracting file. It will ask for installation and change location. Please Keep it in BOOT drive and not in any place else. Preferable in Desktop.

    Step 3.
Navigate to the folder with the contents of the file. You will see there are two more folders inside and two BAT files.

    Step 4.
    Run start.bat
Run the Option 1. for report

Once the search is complete a ".txt" file should pop up with the name "Output.txt". Keep it. You will see there is a random dll named there if found.

Upload the output.txt and the windows1.txt file.

    Scanning for main Hijacker:

Dllfix must have the Hijackerfiles in system32 to fix properly.
If there are no protocal keys text/html and text/plain
then dllfix may not work. This fix targets this type Hijack Entry.
that keeps reoccuring with different filenames.
