I purchased TDS-3 on Friday. After two emails, I have not had my purchase confirmed. Am I unduly worrying?

Don't worry, DiamondCS is allways correct, do you have any trial days left?

due to the differences in timezones and the fact they are working on some new stuff this could take maximum two days.

but allways, allways members get their key.

Port Explorer and ProcessGuard sales are processed automatically now, but TDS3 and WG sales are processed on business days. You shouldve received your license by now, if not then just drop sales@diamondcs.com.au an email so we can look into it
