    On one laptop-Fujitsu, 2GB Ram, Dual Core I don't remember CPU, I remember only its benchmark is about 1400 by http://www.cpubenchmark.net/, Win-7, CIS 6 goes smooth.

    As for cloud based AV like Kingsoft 2012 or Baidu CIS must be heavier.

    I'm not happy because looooooots of malware VT links that I sent them are not detected even after few weeks.

    I dont think thats something to worry. AV updates are important. Plus they get malware from other sources too. You will see this with any vendors as you are not alone submitting samples. And many malware dont survive a day or 2.

    Guess what, this "new" CIS 6.1 keeps on updating itself. Every single ****in day. Seriously, if they want to brag about fixing 200 so called bugs, why not take a freakin 5 minute time and make sure you don't break everything else!?

    When CIS 6.0 was released, the updater was poping up every single damn day that it checked for update but didn't find anything new. Now it keeps on redownloading itself and notifying me yet again that new update is available even though there isn't any new update. Because i already have the latest version. Lame. Went back to avast! for the 3rd time and i don't think i'll be going back to CIS anytime soon unless these jokers start to do their job properly. because this is really getting hilarious.

    @true_indian

    i dedected bug 3-5 days ago.
    "CIS6 rating scan dedect safe files as unknown (safe files verified by comodo)" Only one phrase
    when i see their format, i said myself "forget it". i will not submit. i cant fill their form, sorry.
    Here it looks puzzle;

    There are "format verified bug" term. , i think RejZor right.

    Then i found this;similar problem already reported by MOD 4 month ago and it isnt fixed yet;
    http://forums.comodo.com/bug-report...un-analyzer-t90228.0.html;msg650295#msg650295

    Maybe they need Vbox similar bug submit/tracking system. Forum is not suitable for that;

    Instead of complaining.(which seems to be a full time occupation for you.)simply do not use the program again.Stick with avast if it works for you and leave it at that.
    I have read your posts on comodo and its one complaint after another.Do yourself a big favor in life and leave the product alone and use something else ,because you are making yourself look foolish with all this moaning.

    This should apply to everyone too.:D

    Re: CIS 6.1.275152.2801 Released!

    They want you to post bunch of irrelevant stuff that doesn't even matter for the bug in question. They are so annoying with their dumb bug report format that i lose every interest in filling the bug report in the first place. And when you come that far with bug reports, you're just doing harm to the program...

    @AMIGA500
    Sorry, but if anyone looks foolish its Comodo with their constant bitching about correct report format and inability to fix bloody anything in several months time...

    I do understand where you are coming from,and it looks as if version 6 was released far too early if it needed 200 bug fixes.:eek:
    What concerns me more is what other unknown bugs are there.?
    Is the program as a whole safe to use at this time seeing as there were so many bugs.
    I have never come across a piece of software that was released with 200+ bugs.;)

    Sorry to ruin your party but no Windows version was as buggy as CIS. Maybe WinMe... but even there, they fixed things faster than Comodo ever did anything...

    Re: CIS 6.1.275152.2801 Released!

    I dont have any probs on XP 32 & 2 Win 7 64.

    I have tried autoupdate, fresh install & on the top install but no probs here on any systems.

    I would like to mention that I run only CIS Full Suite Default Settings, no other security software, no sandboxie, no trusteer rapport, etc... i.e no other any kind of security softwares, UAC Disabled.

    I have mentioned the same in Comodo forum too.

    Re: CIS 6.1.275152.2801 Released!

    I tested Avast Free on VBox 5-10 days ago, Sandbox didnt work on my tests (is there any conflict with Virtualbox and Avast?). I dont know why. My system infected.
    It leave too many malware but it block most of them when i try to run. I dont know why they didint add Evo-Gen on-demand scanner. Their sandbox disappointed me

    Btw, CIS installer's hash code is changed.
    I downloaded it when it is released, Hash code was "33607BA70F9E7067365C727714220EB6C8D2D96B"
    Today, i download it again and hash code is different. "3A39F7EA70CF95952B816223D9C4621676E30B9F"
    Version number is still same.
    It looks another problematic version update :) But i am still using CIS.

    Re: CIS 6.1.275152.2801 Released!

    You need to perform a system restart after avast! installation for Sandbox subsystem to initialize fully. In the past they were mentioning that but now they simply don't even though you still have to reboot it.

    I've never really tested how it works partially but i don't think you can get infected if it's working fully as there is so far no known exploit of avast! Sandbox specifically that could do that. I'd also like to hear more on how you found out it was bypassed...

    well actually he as per his previous signature was or still is the authorised re-seller of avast and has always stood by, to put it politely, avast in thick and thin(read the extremely buggy v-7 of avast) :D

    Re: CIS 6.1.275152.2801 Released!

    I test it with about 10.000 malware using on-demand scan,then I run all undedected samples. I used max settings (PUP enabled, etc)

    I already found past when avast beta released;
    https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showpost.php?p=2187542&postcount=247

    Malware jumped virtualbox to host machine using shared folder :)

    Update;
    Today i retest avast about 6000 malware. It left about 250 file malware after on-demand scan. 63 after Evo-gen dedection.
    And i run samples for sandbox dedection. Nothing.

    you can think, they arent malware but. I control their behaviour with Spyshelter.

    For example, Avast cant dedect that (with sandbox analysis);
