The February test started this time at end of February (instead of begin of February), so it is still within normal times and to be released soon.

First, they got late with the start. Then, they had promised to release the report by the end of March. They failed to deliver it. Then, they said they will release it in the first week of April. Failed again. Now, they would say "end of April."

 

promise? never.
