ESET Service has stopped working

    I have an email in Windows Mail which i can't delete which crashes my ccomputer everytime I open it.
    The message that comes up is ESET service has stopped working.
    Any solutions for this?
    The computer is an Acer Aspire 5520 with Vista Home Premium on it.

    When exactly do you get this error message?

    Is it when you try to open the email or delete the email?

    Does this email contain any attachments?
