I use Spyware Guard, but when I run the Live Update, it never seems to find any updates. When I look at the definition Information, it has a date of 1/22/04 and Program version of 2.2. Is it updating, but not changing the date?

You have the latest updates and version. It has not been updated since then.

So, if it has not been updaed since then is it really worth running? I also run AdAware and Spybot. Should I just get ris of SpywareGuard?

It feels as if SpywareGuard has been supplanted by more modern software such as WindowsDefender, I previously used SG but its benefits became less relevant as Spybot and Windows Defender offer similar resident protection.

I guess Spywareguard is still good for browser hijack protection. If you have another program providing that protection, you do not need it.

I have not had it on my computer for 2 years.
