Ok, this is getting weird. I installed 2.7 and im having the same problem..... Is there some setting in Vista thats like bottlenecking harddrive...

Nope, Tried Blackspears settings, removed all Adv. Heuristic settings on all sections, and its still the same. I checked my drive for crazy huge...
