I had to manually restart the system after the recovery but at least it detects the backup image on sata-2 drive and recovers it properly. phew~
SORRY, correction to my title ..it should read...ATI 9.0 Home does not support SATA2 Drives...no eSATA as eSATA is not equal to SATA-2.
