Just got the same message from Eset and its worked for me.
Done it three times Tried that, no change. Eset asked me to send them a log from sysinspector so hopefully we'll get a reply soon.
Sent an e-mail to eset support and got an automated reply with a knowledge base link on how to uninstall it, replied back to it again, will update...
Haven't found any solutions, tried again this time removed all eset files from app data and local settings, still have the same problem.
I'm having the exact same problem, running windows xp sp3 as well, downloaded the installer a second time and got the same result.
Separate names with a comma.
