Aside from a select few, not too many companies do, regardless of where they are located.
Beta update seemed to work as well. Removed the exclusion from Chrome and it started up no issues.

Any known conflicts with Sandboxie? Since the update, Sandboxed Chrome fails to launch. Does not appear to apply to IE.

Check the hosts file. Had a similar issue recently, even after removing all malware, issue persisted. Had to unlock and reset the hosts file.

Looks like 5 license minimum only applies to commercial license.
So not a good solution for any of my "technically inexperienced" clients....got it.
Makes sense, however, how effective is it against real malware? Not being argumentative, I am genuinely interested if this is easily bypassed or...

Sure, it can certainly add an ounce of proactive protection against unknowingly surfing exploited sites.
I would say HitmanPro may be your best bet for an on-demand scanner, but I have no experience using it with Dial-up, nor have I tried Sandboxie...
IMHO, you would want to stay away from any solutions which require regular updating. I would stick with isolation/virtualization as the primary...
