First of all, if possible stay away from OSS.
Problem is: you make a mistake with...
I was just about to bump my 1 year old asking the same question the OP did, but it wouldn't let me.
So even the question asking for an update...
under options/task options you can check 'view tasks from all users'
maybe that helps
Seems we are a bit selective with our globalization ~.~
talking about build numbers:
things start to get wicked already:
the current build seems to be 9608, that's for the TrueImage2009_d_en.exe
Why can't they use .1 or 0.1 versions instead of builds?
What's so difficult about keeping the actual software versioning consistent across...
i find diskeeper rather suspicious, think it also installs a variety of startup tasks/services
i'd do some testing with it removed
That's what bothers me the most about it.
A little status report too much to ask?
Services are on manual, they will start on demand.
Startup items are kicked.

with Vista pre-installed you also shouldn't run into...
uninstalling all TI's and removing the remains in application data folders and the likes as thoroughly as possible might help solving this
geez, you don't even name your OS and refuse to uninstall 9 (which probably would fix your problem)...you won't get anywhere with this stance
Don't think TI is specifically capable of that, you could just temporarily restore
it to somewhere and make a new image
i think the problem is accessing the image files or the partition
they are stored on
i've seen this occor running from boot-mode
