I would avoid online services and use a local, standalone and open-source RSS feed reader such as the built-in one in Firefox, Liferea and QuiteRSS.
Depends on how you use Evernote.
Standard Notes and Laverna work fine for me.

Both are good, but Windows 10 wins by a mile for me. The look, feel and usability are better overall.
I only enable (tick) things on CCleaner (with CCEnhancer) that I understand and know that it's safe to clean. :thumb:
