Same error here. XP Pro SP3.
I had a similar problem with a previous version of Comodo and NOD32 V3.
If I installed NOD32 THEN Comodo the system was very slow.
Running V4 on three XP Pro SP3 systems for about a week.
No problems, no errors logged and find V4 using almost the same amount of memory as V3....
