Anyone tell me why Plus is suddenly loading these processes on my pc's after startup and before I use any sandboxed programs, forced or otherwise?...
Here's my quick, but not great, effort at full and empty icons; adapted from David's and poss. one posted elsewhere.
0.9.0a does not have this problem
If I now right-click on a shortcut or exe and then "run sandboxed/run outside sandbox", the (forced) program still runs sandboxed.
Just to say that I'm now very happy with the new right-click taskbar icon functionality (0.9.1). Thanks David :thumb:
So, maybe an option? If David has the time and inclination.
Yes, you are correct!
And it's now working again! Can't figure out any reason why and haven't changed any settings of my sandboxes. How weird!
Any way to go back to the full right-click menus?
I still find it extremely difficult to see when any program is sandboxed from the taskbar icon; it was much easier in earlier versions. Can we...
Use SbieCtrl.exe instead of Sandboxie-Plus?
New icon gives me problems too. Please revert.
Maybe it's an age thing - well it is for me ;)
0.8.8b installed with no problems and seems fine at first sight with Firefox 90 (stable release version)
Now appeared in 0.8.7b :thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:
Can you please add the ability when right-clicking on a sandbox to terminate just that sandbox? Better still all the options available in Classic.
David, on a connected matter, with SB Classic I can quickly delete the contents of a sandbox via right-click on the taskbar icon which has the...
Or to open unsandboxed, right click on eg Firefox/shortcut, hold down ctrl-shift and "run sandboxed".
[Edit] The behaviour has changed. Now it...
For me a reboot and all was ok. I posted a similar message and deleted it once the problem cleared.
Sbie will stay very relevant. TPM2 and Secure Boot are nothing new, and are a PITA with little real benefit for me.
FF 89 works flawlessly for me when sandboxed. And for now you can turn off the Proton interface via about:config if desired (I have).
David, is fixing MS Office/365 on your horizon?
1. Edge 91.0.864.37 working with no problems that I know - but I mainly use Firefox.
1a. Hardware acceleration OFF
2. Graphics Intel(R) Core(TM)...
Sadly, doesn't work for me. Looks like SBIE is having increasing compatibility problems - add to Office 365 which won't run under SBIE
I wasn't, but anything is worth a try! Did you use a "deep clean" uninstaller or just the usual Microsoft one? Wondering if anything got left...
