Not neccessarily but, on my partners PC it was connected via USB to begin with and its not till I installed 220.127.116.11 that it worked and it worked...
Yeah I think I'd agree BUT I now have a Kodak doing exactly the same thing.
I did also try your other suggestion. Install via USB and get it...
Ok - So I finally got this to work
18.104.22.168 version of Eset. So I tried with another PC, same printer and same OS clean install. Failed the first...
This was from a clean Windows 7 installation.
The Vista drivers DO NOT work, hence trying the Windows 7 ones.
No luck on either front....
Disabling the ESET firewall makes no difference its seems ::)
Yes am using the drivers for Windows 7 released in October 09.

I installed this morning after downloading the x64 version and it won't do any updates.
I changed nothing during the install or subsequently.
Not made a difference at all updated to .669

Recently got a Netgear ReadyNAS.
Trying to set it up on our local network - 192.168.1.x
That network is in the trusted ones according to ESS...
I had a case of thse recently. I booted to recovery console and just deleted the offending DLLs.
Separate names with a comma.
