Which files are absolutely safe to delate ?

Hello,

Which files are absolutely safe to delate/erase from computer ?
For example ....*.tmp, *.temp, help file (*.chm) and ..........?
I just want to clean unnecessary/without need files from my computer, and that wiil not cause/make any problems to run my computer and programs propertly.

Piece of advice ?

Have you tried ccleaner? Its free and allows you to safely clean many areas of your computer.

Also if you feel competent enough, you could try deleting the uninstall files for windows updates, i was able to free up around 800mb of space by doing this.

 

I have CCleaner for long time ago, thank you.
I have now also DiskSweeper and there are to many..

*.wbk
*.syd
*.nav
*.old
*.ftg
*.fnd

ect.....

And I don`t know what are they...?
