    Hello,

I haven't installed the new ESS beta yet, but I have a question to those who tried and others capable answering the following questions:

    1. Will I have ability to turn ESET firewall and ESET antispam modules? If not, will there be any NOD version without them? Currenly I'm using NOD32 at corporate level and firewall/antispam is completely not needed for me.

    2. If there is ability to turn these features off, does ESS memory footprint is smaller and will it works faster without them?

I've been using NOD32 for about 5 years now. Speed was one of the main reasons why I used it. Now I'm very concerned that this new "all in 1" suite will be resources hungry, as it was with all other antivirus vendors (Symantec, Kaspersky, Panda, etc.).

Yes, you can turn off firewall (allow all traffic) and anti-spam in the setup. Even the anti-virus you can disable if needed...

You can disable firewall temporarily until the next computer restart. The final version should allow you to choose the components you actually want to install.
